Onex ERP comprises various business functions such as CRM, Project Management, HRM, Finance & Accounts, and Document Management. Osource has specifically tailored employee-centric features within this mobile application to efficiently handle and monitor activities related to employees, including job/project approvals, time management, expense reimbursements, and leave management. The application seamlessly incorporates the workflow defined in the ERP suite to streamline individual transactions to the respective employees/associates.

• Dashboard: This feature offers summarized reports on Resource Utilization, Status of Time Submissions, Task Overdue, and Overrun Ratios. Users can access these dashboards for the last week, last month, and year-to-date.
• Time Sheet Entry: Employees can input their work hours against specific jobs/projects.
• Expense Sheet: Employees can submit expenses related to job/project execution through this option.
• Approval: Reporting managers have the ability to approve or reject team requests for time sheets, expense sheets, jobs/projects, and invoices.
• People Search: Users can search for contact details of Osource employees and communicate with them via calls or emails directly from the application.
• Contact Search: Users can search for contact details of customers they are associated with and initiate calls or emails through the application.
• Prospect: This feature enables business development teams to create new prospects and input contact details for potential clients.
• Mark Attendance: The OnexMobile app allows users to mark attendance using geo-fencing features.
